We work with multiple HRM fleets every week, so we're not figuring it out as we go. On the call we'll walk you through exactly what we can and can't take, no overpromising.

It depends on the job, parts availability, and insurance approval, and we'll be straight with you about all of it. Most standard collision jobs we quote a real ready date and hit it. Bigger structural work or back-ordered parts may push, and if so we'll tell you the moment we know, not the day before pickup.

Yes. We work directly with all major insurance carriers and handle the supplements, photos, and approvals on your behalf so you're not the middleman. We can also work with your preferred fleet provider or claims process. Bring whatever paperwork you have to the consultation and we'll take it from there.
